SPORTS UPDATE 11/27/18

TEXICO (KSEL) – The Texico Wolverines and Lady Wolverines had the honor of being the first two high schools on this side of the stateline in New Mexico, to play high school basketball, they had games this past Saturday against Jal. Both teams pretty successful I’d think you’d have to say. The Texico girls defeated Jal by a score of 71-16 and the Texico boys beats Jal 84-58.  Both Texico teams will be back in action today, and not just playing against any team, they’re playing against rivals right across the stateline from Farwell High. Girls game starts about 6:30p.m., boys starts about 8:00p.m.
