A graveside service will be held at, Fairlawn Cemetery Chapel, 1607 N Washington Ave, Elk City, OK, Monday, December 9, 2019, at 1:00 pm CST.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday, December 9, 2019, at Muffley Funeral Home, 1430 N. Thornton. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm, Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1701 W. 21st Street, with Pastor Amy Jordan officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 5, 2019, from 1-4:30 PM at Chavez Funeral Home in Santa Rosa. Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be Friday, December 6, 2019, at 10:00 AM at Nuestra Señora DeRefugio Catholic Church in Puerto De Luna, NM, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial, with FatherSotero Sena as celebrant. Interment will follow in the family plot at Nuestra Señora De Refugio Cemetery in Puerto De Luna.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, December 12, 2019, at Muffley Funeral Home Chapel, 1430 N. Thornton, Clovis, NM with Cory Brand and Tommy Hohstadt officiating. Burial will follow at Roach Cemetery in Fields, NM.
