ZIA ELEMENTARY AWARDED YARD OF THE MONTH
From July to September, the City of Clovis recognizes residents and businesses in the community as part of the “Yard of the Month” program. City representatives awarded the “Commercial Yard of the Month” for August to Zia Elementary. The purpose of the program is to raise pride of ownership in City properties, which improves the appearance of the community and acts as an economic tool for people and businesses looking to relocate to the area. Each program month, the Mayor and City Commission recognize two residents and one business from each of the commission districts.
Program sponsors include New Mexico Clean and Beautiful and the City of Clovis.
