WOMAN WHO HELPED JAIL ESCAPE, PLEADS GUILTY
CLOVIS (KSMX) – The woman who is accused of helping the three men escape the Curry County Detention Center last year, has pleaded guilty to the charges. Former Detention Officer Sarina Dodson pleaded guilty to three counts of assisting escape as well as one count of bringing contraband into the jail; KFDA reports. The charges stem from June of 2018, when Dodson helped Aaron Clark, Ricky Sena and Victor Apodaca escape the jail. Following a diagnostic evaluation, the Ninth Judicial District Attorney’s Office says she will be sentenced, which can take up to 60 days.
