VIDEO SERIES TO COMBAT OPIOID ABUSE & ADDICTION
CLOVIS (KSMX) – The New Mexico Department of Health is trying to fight opioid abuse with some very personal videos.
This new video series is being called, “There Is Another Way,” and tells the story of opioid abuse from three different points of view: patients being treated for opioid abuse & addiction, those who work with the people who being treated, and those who have loved ones impacted by opioid addiction.
The Department of Health stated there has been a decrease in drug overdose deaths in recent years, but these videos are their continued effort.
