UPDATE: DeBaca County only county in New Mexico to not report COVID-19 cases
SANTA FE (KSMX)- New Mexico health officials confirmed 9 new cases of COVID-19 in Eastern New Mexico on Sunday, along with 262 more cases statewide.
Four new cases of the virus were reported in Curry County, 1 more case was reported in Roosevelt County and 2 more cases were reported. in Quay County. Curry County has now had 251 cases confirmed to date, while Roosevelt County has had 79.
De Baca County is the only county in the state that has yet to report a confirmed case of the virus. Last week Mora County, in the Northeast part of the state, was among the two counties that had yet to confirm a case. However, as of yesterday, Mora confirmed 3 new cases.
New Mexico has now had a total of 15,028 COVID-19 cases:
