UPDATE: 8 additional COVID-19 cases in Eastern New Mexico
CLOVIS (KSMX)- New Mexico State Health officials confirmed eight additional COVID-19 cases in Eastern New Mexico, as well as 253 statewide on Monday.
Among the newly reported cases, six new cases were confirmed in Curry County and one more in Roosevelt and Quay Counties.
There have now been 199 confirmed virus cases with a reported 61 individuals recovered in Curry County. In Roosevelt County there have been 72 cases confirmed with 31 individuals reported to have made a full recovery from the virus.
New Mexico has now had a total of 13,507 COVID-19 cases:
