THREE CLOVIS SCHOOLS BRIEFLY PLACED ON LOCKDOWN
CLOVIS (KSMX) – Earlier today Los Ninos Early Intervention Center, Barry Elementary and Gattis Middle School were all placed on a Level 1 Lockdown. This was in reference to school personnel hearing what appeared to be gunfire from hunters in undeveloped field regions north of Los Ninos and Barry Elementary. As a result, the schools were briefly placed on the lockdown. Around 10:30 a.m., Clovis Police gave the all clear, allowing the lockdown to be lifted at all three schools.
