TEXICO SECOND-BEST DISTRICT IN THE STATE
Texico Municipal Schools was recently ranked by Niche.com as the second-best school in the district. Texico received an A grade in seven categories, including, teachers, diversity, academics, administration, sports, health/safety and food. The school also received three B grades, which include resources/facilities, clubs/activities and college prep.
The grades are based on analyzing data and user opinions.
Curry and Roosevelt Counties also made it in the top 30, with Melrose in 15th, Elida 11th, Dora 10, and Grady fifth.
