STATE BREAKS RECORD FOR COVID CASES
From Gov Michell Lujan Grisham, yesterday’s #COVID19 update has once again broken the state’s record for a single-day case increase, with 1,082 new cases.
She says, “This is real. Hospitals are filling up. Health care workers are running on fumes. Every one of us MUST take this seriously. We have to slow the spread.”
With new cases at a record high and a 9.1% daily positivity rate, COVID-19 is at all-time dangerous levels across New Mexico.
Our COVID-19 hospitalizations have hit a new record high for the seventh day in a row. Three more of our neighbors have died.
Please, stay home, and do not allow COVID-19 to spread.
