SPECIAL FOOD DISTRIBUTION TO TAKE PLACE
PORTALES (KSEL) – A special food distribution is planned in Portales on Saturday. A message from the local chamber of commerce says that the event will be held at Central Christian Church located at 1528 South Main Street in Portales. The event will run from 9am to 11am on Saturday. The food distribution is open to qualified individuals living in Portales who are not currently being served through any other mobile food distribution service. All new clients will be asked to fill out an income eligibility form required by the Emergency Food Assistance Program. Distribution will be by last name beginning at 9am.
