SENTENCING HEARING TESTIMONY CONCLUDES
Clovis, NM (KSMX) – Testimony wrapped up today in the sentencing hearing for Nathaniel Jouett. Jouett previously pled guilty to the charges stemming from the August 2017 Clovis Library shooting. As day three wrapped up in the courtroom, Jouett did address the court regarding the incident. Officials with the DA’s office confirmed that Judge James Hudson will be taking the testimony under advisement for the time being. The court is set to reconvene Friday at 2pm to hear the judge’s decision.
