Road work scheduled for next few weeks in Portales
Portales, NM – The City of Portales has announced upcoming road work scheduled over the next few weeks and ask that drivers be aware and patient with the crews at work.
They acknowledge that there could be delays in work due to weather conditions and ask the community to avoid driving on freshly poured pavement.
The list of streets with planned road work starting on June 23 are as follows:
- W University Drive from HWY 70 to North Ave S
- N Beach Street from N Ave O to W Cherry Street
- W Cherry Street from N Ave O to N Ave K
- E 1st Street from HWY 70 to HWY 70
- N Bryan Ave from E 1st Street to E 3rd Street
- N Ave B from W Fir Street to E Ivy Street
- W Juniper Street from N Ave K to N Ave L
- N Ave B from W Nogal to E Ivy Street
- N Ave K from E Ivy Street to E Fir Street
- W Kaywood Street from N Ave O to N Main Ave
