PORTALES (KSEL)- The Roosevelt County Road Department will be working on Mesilla Park Loop off of South Roosevelt Road N beginning Wednesday May 1st. This project is expected to be completed the two following Wednesday on May 15, weather permitting. This roadway is being enhanced to caliche from dirt as part of a Local Government Road Fund Grant. Residents are asked to drive slowly and watch for heavy equipment and personnel.
