ROAD WORK FOR PORTALES
PORTALES (KSEL)- The City’s Public Works Water Department has re-scheduled the repair work to the waterline at the railroad crossing at N. Avenue K and U.S. 70 for Wednesday, October 9, weather permitting.
Water service will be shut off beginning at 2:00 p.m. Businesses served from this location will be affected for at least 5 hours.
Public Works Street Superintendent has also notified City Hall that Juniper Street will be closed to thru traffic until Wednesday, October 9.
Juniper Street runs from N. Main Street to N. Boston Street.
Please drive safely and watch for workmen and equipment.
