CLOVIS (KSMX)- Clovis city officials announce that Construction will begin April 22nd and last approximately for 1 month. J&H Services will be conducting construction of a new reuse water main along Gidding Street between E 14th street and 19th street. There will only be access to Gidding street for residence and the general public is asked to remain clear from the construction area during that time.
