RACING LICENSE COURT DATE SET
ALBUQUERQUE (KSMX) -The pending lawsuit that was an effort to keep the New Mexico Racing Commission from moving forward with their decision to award the states sixth and final license, will finally have its day in court. On April 4th, the court will hear the injunction that was requested by the Lordsburg group; KFDA reports. In the past the commission has noted its commitment to award the license; however, in previous meetings they’ve tabled the issue to work through the lawsuit. Clovis has three pending proposals, with Tucumcari and Lordsburg with one each.
