RACING COMMISSION SET TO MEET THIS MORNING FOR SPECIAL MEETING
ALBUQUERQUE (KSMX) – Today is the day that the New Mexico Racing Commission will be convening for a Special Meeting. According to the agenda, the commission will discuss the pending litigation filed by those associated with the Lordsburg proposal. The lawsuit was initially filed in reference to the feasibility study that was done on each location. The agenda also calls for the commission to address the sixth Racino license; however, does not indicate if commissioners will award it. The meeting is set for this morning at 9:00 a.m. in Albuquerque.
