A quorum of County Commissioners may be in attendance at the following events; however, no county
business will be conducted:

• Portales Christmas Light Parade on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 5:30PM located along the parade
  route in Portales, NM.
• Legislative Forum on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 12:00PM at Mesalands Community College in
  Tucumcari, NM.
•  Detention Center Walkthrough on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 5:00PM at the Roosevelt County
  Detention Center in Portales, NM.
• Roosevelt County Chamber/RCCDC Banquet on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 6:00PM at EMNU
  Campus Union Ballroom in Portales, NM.
•  New Mexico Counties Legislative Conference on January 19-23, 2026 at the Santa Fe Convention
  Center in Santa Fe, NM.
• Roosevelt/Curry Counties Legislative Reception on Monday, February 2, 2026 at Hotel Santa Fe in
  Santa Fe, NM.
