Public Input Sought for Curry County Road Department 5-Year Plan

CLOVIS (KSMX)- Improvements and projects for Curry County roads are now being planned for the next five years and the Curry County Road Department is asking for public input.

According to the press release from the County, the Department’s 5-Year Plan prioritizes future projects and improvements to County roads. The County uses the plan to apply for grant funding and legislative appropriations.

The public is encouraged to provide input on the 5-Year Plan by 1 pm on August 10, to Road Superintendent Walon Jones via e-mail at or by mail to 417 Gidding, Suite 100, Clovis, NM 88101.

All suggestions will be submitted to the County Commission on August 18, 2020.
