Portales utility costumer payment options
PORTALES (KSEL)- The City of Portales is concerned with the health of its customers and employees, so customers are encouraged to use the internet, the phone, or the drop boxes located in front or behind City Hall to pay utility bills.
Payments for utilities may be paid as follows (include account number and street address):
- By mail (check or money order) to the “City of Portales”
- Use drop boxes (check or money order)
- By phone at (833) 257-8345 ($2.00 service fee applies)
- Make online payments at www.portalesnm.gov ($2.00 service applies)
