PORTALES PD’S NONEMERGENCY LINES TO BE DOWN
The Portales Police Department, on February 3rd and possibly 4th their IT Department will be doing some network upgrades that will cause their nonemergency lines to be down for an unknown amount of time. The Portales Police Department is hoping to get this message out to the community in order to prevent confusion. IT will have a team on hand and anticipate that a worst case would be 2 days of the phones and their Records Management System and CAD to be down.
As soon as the systems come on line they will push the notifications out as well. As with anything our hope is that the upgrades will not take as long as planned.

Records will have a landline of 575-226-3915
The records department’s fax of 575-226-3916 and email of ppdrecords@portalesnm.gov will both still be active.
