PORTALES PD INVESTIGATING SHOOTING DEATH
PORTALES (KSEL) – The Portales Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Sunday morning. Officers were called to the 400 block of North Avenue B around 1 a.m. Sunday in reference to the shooting. Upon arrival, it was found that 35-year-old Adam Holts had been fatally shot. A suspect has not been named at this time. The 9th Judicial Major Crimes Unit has been activated to investigate the death.
