Portales City Manager champions youth sports programs
Portales, NM – Portales City Manager, Scott Mitten, has released an email highlighting the city’s continued support of youth programs and providing information for the community regarding upcoming seasonal sports. The email, in its entirety, is as follows:
“As City Manager of Portales, I’m proud to share our city’s continued commitment to expanding and enriching youth sports programs. These programs are more than just games—they are powerful tools for building character, promoting health, and strengthening the bonds between families and communities.
