PHYSICALS AVAILABLE AT CLOVIS HIGH SCHOOL GYM MAY 4TH
CLOVIS (KSMX)- Clovis Municipal Schools will be sponsoring athletic physicals on Saturday, May 4th for students participating in athletics during the 2019 – 2020 school year. Physicals will be administered in the north gym of Clovis High School. Physicals will cost five dollars.
All Paper forms must be completed and returned to the child’s coach or school athletic office prior to the physical. Forms are available at the athletic offices at Gattis Marshal and Yucca Middle Schools as well as Clovis High School and Freshman Academy.
