Paycheck Protection Program Loan Forgiveness Application

CLOVIS (KSMX)- In a press release from the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce, information was released pertaining to different loans and funding for small businesses that have had a negative impact due to the coronavirus pandemic.

While the Small Business Administration noted that it would be issuing additional regulations and guidance to (1) assist borrowers in completing the application and (2) provide guidance to lenders on their responsibilities in the forgiveness process, the contents of the application itself shed some light on how forgiveness will work.

Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness application borrowers will submit this application to their lenders to request forgiveness of part or all of their PPP loans.
