NM RACING COMMISSION TO MEET THURSDAY TO DECIDE FATE OF SIXTH LICENSE
ALBUQUERQUE (KSMX) – The New Mexico Racing Commission will be holding a special meeting and public hearing on Thursday. This is in regards to the state’s sixth and final Racino license. An executive session will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. where the commission is expected to deliberate the proposals as well as take action regarding the pending applications from La Posada Del Llano, Clovis Racetrack & Casino, Curry Downs Racetrack & Casino in Clovis, Coronado Park & Casino in Tucumcari and Hidalgo Downs in Lordsburg. The commission will meet on Thursday, at the African American Performing Arts Center located on the New Mexico State Fairgrounds in Albuquerque.
