NEW MEXICO RACING COMMISSION SCHEDULES SPECIAL MEETING

ALBUQUERQUE (KSMX) – The New Mexico Racing Commission has scheduled a Special Meeting for Friday morning in Albuquerque. According to the agenda, the commission will discuss the pending litigation filed by those associated with the Lordsburg proposal. The lawsuit was initially filed in reference to the feasibility study that was done on each location. The agenda also calls for the commission to address the sixth Racino license; however does not indicate if commissioners will award it. The meeting is set for Friday morning at 9:00 a.m.
