NEW LAWS FOR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN NEW MEXICO
CLOVIS (KSMX)- Some county commissioners will serve two more years because of a state law mandated change. Because of the new law the classification number and the election cycle will see changes as well to time served.
Through a draw conducted by the secretary of state, earlier this week, odd-numbered districts will be on same ballot as the presidential election. However, the actual geographic boundaries will not change.
