NEW JUDGE IN CLOVIS
CLOVIS (KSMX) – There’s a new judge in Clovis. Vicki Kelley has been appointed to serve the remainder of the term of Jan Garrett who stepped down last week. Kelly has served the court for 37 years, including 17 as an alternate judge. Garrett had served since 2002.
