IMPORTANT SURVEY FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN IN CLOVIS MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
Clovis Municipal Schools is actively planning for the 2021-2022 school year, in anticipation of a return to Traditional Learning Mode (full in-person). Please take a moment to fill out this online survey for your family.
This survey can accommodate up to 5 students in one household. Please enter the information requested beginning with your oldest student, and progressing to your youngest student. If your family has more than 5 students with Clovis Municipal Schools, please begin an additional survey once you have completed your first 5 children, and then add the other children accordingly.
Please note that this information is not final, or binding, for the 2021-2022 school year. Our goal is to simply see what instructional model our parents/guardians are most interested in. Thank you for taking the time to assist us.
