HEMP BILL SIGNED INTO LAW
SANTA FE (KSMX) – As the Gov. continues reviewing bills passed through this years’ legislative session, New Mexico becomes the first state in the nation to embrace expanded hemp product regulations. The governor signed House Bill 581 into law, which defines new standards for production, testing, research and manufacture of hemp. Supporters say it will bring millions for the economy, new jobs and innovative products – all within current laws.
