GOV SIGNS OFF ON PAY INCREASES IN NM
SANTA FE (KSMX ) – A pay raise is coming for many New Mexico residents. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham formally signed legislation that will bump minimum wage to $12 per hour by 2023. Minimum goes from $7.50 to $9 per hour in January then a dollar per hour until then. Supporters of the bill said it was overdue and will pump more money into local economies.
