FUGITIVE BACK IN CUSTODY AFTER SATURDAY ESCAPE FROM BAIILY COUNTY JAIL

A fugitive is back in custody after a short escape from the Bailey County Jail Saturday. Mark Lucio was reported by the Muleshoe City Police Department Saturday morning, noting he had escaped the jail. Efforts to locate Lucio included multiple law enforcement agencies. A few short hours later, the PD updated the information noting that Lucio had been taken into custody without incident. Details regarding the escape have not been released.
