FORMER CLOVIS SENIOR MEALS DIRECTOR ARRESTED
CLOVIS (KSMX) – A former director of Clovis’ senior meals program is in hot water. Cherisse Perez was arrested last week for taking more than 24,000 dollars since last year. In court Friday, she was charged a number of embezzlement charges, including 16 felony counts. Perez left the program last month. An investigation showed a number of ATM withdrawals, unauthorized checks and a credit card bill for a hotel in California. She’ll be back in court later this month.
