FBI IN SEARCH OF NEW MEXICO MAN
A man charged federally with being a felon in possession of ammunition is being sought for allegedly absconding from pre-trial release in Albuquerque.
Adrian Nieto Jr., 19, of Albuquerque, is accused of leaving an Albuquerque halfway house without permission on December 24, 2020, a day after he was placed on pre-trial conditions of release. The FBI had arrested Nieto on December 17, 2020.
A federal warrant has been issued for Nieto’s arrest.
He was last seen in Albuquerque NM. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the FBI at (505) 889-1300 or online at tips.fbi.gov.
