Don’t forget this Sunday to “fall back” as daylight savings comes to an end. Residents will need to set their clocks back an hour at 2:00 am Sunday. As we are having to change our clocks yet again this weekend, New Mexico residents have asked the question, “When will the madness stop?” State Senator Cliff Pirtle (R-Roswell) will be once again filing a bill in this upcoming 60-legislative session to end the unpopular, and senseless ritual of changing clocks one hour in the fall and spring each year.
