DWI CHECKPOINTS TO TAKE PLACE
CLOVIS (KSMX) – Officers with the Clovis Police Department will be performing DWI efforts this week. On the 25th, officers with CPD will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint within the city of Clovis. Throughout the remainder of the month, officers will also be conducting DWI Patrol Hours within city limits. Officers will be out targeting drunk and drug impaired drivers. The Department is asking that people remember it is also illegal to drive under the influence of prescription drugs that may impair their ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. The ENDWI Grant makes this possible from Safer New Mexico Now.
