COVID-19 CASE UPDATE FOR EASTERN NEW MEXICO

State officials announced an additional 110 COVID-19 cases in New Mexico Tuesday. According to the Department of Health, three new cases in Curry County with no new cases in Roosevelt County were reported. Chaves County reported four new cases, one in Lea, and eight in Eddy county. The state reported eight additional deaths related to COVID-19, including a female in her 70’s from Curry County who had underlying conditions as well as a female in her 80’s who had underlying conditions from Roosevelt County.
