CLOVIS PD TO PERFORM DWI CHECKS
CLOVIS (KSMX) – The Clovis Police Department is already gearing up for DWI enforcement efforts for April. Through a press release, the department announced there will be a sobriety checkpoint set up within the City of Clovis on April 12th. Officers will be specifically targeting drunk and drug impaired drivers. Officers are also reminding residents that it is illegal to drive under the influence of prescription drugs that may impair their ability to drive. Additionally, State Police also announced they will be performing DWI efforts in all New Mexico counties throughout the month of April.
