CLOVIS MAN SENTENCED TO 18 YEARS
CLOVIS (KSMX) – Last week, a Clovis man was sentenced for CSP and first-degree kidnapping. District Judge Drew Tatum handed down the 18-year sentence to 25-year-old Tanner Autrey. He’s also required to register as a sex offender after serving 85% of his sentence. According to a press release, ninth judicial district judge Drew Tatum denied a request by the defense for a new trial before hearing form the victim and her family. Autry faced up to 29 years in the New Mexico Department of Corrections.
