CLOVIS MAN INDICTED ON FEDERAL CHARGES
CLOVIS (KCBD) – A Northern district court of Texas has issued a federal indictment for a Clovis man. 57-year-old Rene Gloria, who is from Clovis, however, according to federal documents, may have lived in Muleshoe. In the indictment, Gloria allegedly attempted to kidnap two children back in December; KCBD reports. Additionally, he was indicted for two counts of enticement of minors, as well as cyber stalking as he used a cell phone to attempt to coerce a third victim. The case is being investigated by the FBI, as well as the U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement. Currently, Gloria is being held in the Lubbock County detention Center on a hold for the U.S. Marshals.
