CLOVIS CITY COMMISSION APPROVES TWO POTENTIAL LIQUOR LICENSES
CLOVIS (KSMX) – The Clovis City Commission held their regular meeting yesterday evening, where tensions were heated regarding two potential liquor licenses. Two local companies are vying for the licenses, Foote-Hyder Brew Yard and Bandolero Brewing. Additionally, a waiver was also requested for the two breweries to be exempt from the minimum distance requirements to a Church. Both requested locations are in Downtown Clovis. Though it was a heated debate, the commission voted 7 to 1 for, approving the waiver and the potential for the licenses.
