CITY OF PORTALES TO TEST WEATHER/EMERGENCY SIRENS
(PORTALES) – The City of Portales has announced that the Communications Department will be testing the weather and emergency sirens on Wednesday at noon. These tests will be conducted county wide in Roosevelt County.
