CURRY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ISSUE BORDER RESOLUTION

Clovis, NM (KSMX) – A civil rights and wrongful dismissal case against Curry County has been dismissed. Amanda Sinfuego claimed that Curry County officials violated her first amendment rights and whistleblower laws. This after she was fired after violating county personal policies including sexual harassment. The judge hearing the case dismissed all charges.
