CASE DECLARED INACTIVE DUE TO THE LACK OF VICTIM AND SUSPECT
CLOVIS (KSMX)- On Sunday, June 30th, officers arrived at the scene of 15th and Hall to investigate shots fired. Officer’s stated that there was a large group of approximately 35 people on the scene and onlookers described what seemed to be a large fight. Later a woman described a man had just left heading south on Cameo street in a red truck and had fired a weapon. His name was redacted from all records. The onlookers refused to cooperate any further with questioning, but 4 casings and 1 bullet of federal ammunition were retrieved.
However, due to the lack of a victim or suspect, the case has been declared in-active.
