BILL TO SPARK TEACHERS INTEREST MAKING WAY THROUGH SESSION
SANTA FE (KSMX) – The New Mexico House has passed a bill designed to spark more interest in teaching as a profession. House Bill 25 would provide for a coordinator for schools and other institutions to engage potential teachers. Specifically, the coordinator would collect data, track progress… especially for specialty areas like math, science and technology and for minority education. The senate will now tackle the bill.
