ARMED ROBBERY/MURDER TRIAL DECISION
PORTALES (KSEL) – Two suspects remain jailed for their role while the other two were released on bond in the April 7th murder and armed robbery in Portale.
All four have been charged in connection with the death of 35-year old Adam Holts in a burglary gone bad. Twenty-three-year-old Manual Silva and 19-year-old Korbin Baldridge are charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery among other crimes. Thirty-two-year-old Fabian Duran and 21-year old Morgan Carmichael were released, but not before being charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery – a third degree felony.
There is some dispute of the “depth” of their involvement in the crime. Both are forbidden from communicating with the other defendants
