Accident involving a Hereford School Bus results in no injuries to those on board
HEREFORD (KSMX)- A Hereford ISD bus was involved in an accident Tuesday morning resulting in no injuries to the bus driver or anyone aboard.
At Approximately 7 AM a Hereford ISD Bus was traveling Westbound on Union Street approaching the intersection of Union and Avenue E. A vehicle that was stopped at a stop sign northbound on Avenue E then proceeded into the intersection and collided with the bus.
The Herford ISD bus was reported to have right of way in the intersection.
There were no injuries to anyone on the bus, however, the driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Alcohol may have been a factor in this accident but is still under investigation by the Hereford Police.
