2019 REGULAR LOCAL ELECTION OF CANDIDATE FILING DAY
CLOVIS (KSMX)- The Curry County Clerk’s Office would like to remind prospective candidates of the 2019 Regular Local Election of Candidate Filing Day. Filing day for all candidates will be Tuesday, August 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the office of the Curry County Clerk.
Please note certain positions are within multi-county districts; Declarations of Candidacy are to be filed in the County Clerk’s Office in which the Candidate is registered. To verify voter registration information, you may contact the Clerk’s Office or visit www.nmvote.org
As published in the Election Proclamation, positions up for election in November include:
- Clovis School Board Members – Districts 3, 4, and 5
- Grady School Board Members – Positions 1, 2, and 3
- Melrose School Board Members – Positions 1, 2, and 3
- Texico School Board Members – Positions 1, 2, and 3
- Clovis Community College Board of Trustees – Districts 1, 3, and 4
- Central Curry Soil & Water Conservation District – Supervisor Position 1 & 2, and Position 5 At-Large Supervisor
